Information for pre-orders

method of payment:

For products that do not appear within 4 weeks of ordering, we recommend to choose as payment method by bank transfer. Immediately after availability of the item, a notification will be sent by e-mail and we expect to transfer the invoice amount to our bank account or pay by PayPal within 7 days. Payment by PayPal is generally also possible during the ordering process. In this case, however, the entire purchase price will be due immediately after completion of the order.

New customers:

We kindly ask for your understanding that a deposit of 20% is due from an order value of 250,-EUR. This deposit must be transferred to our account after the withdrawal period has expired.

Withdrawal:

It is possible to withdraw from the order within 14 days of receipt of the order. Any advance payments made will of course be refunded.

Release date:

As usual in the industry, we also specify the last day of the planned release month as the availability date. Accordingly, the item may be available earlier than specified.

Unfortunately, despite the best planning on the part of the manufacturer, it happens from time to time that set timelines cannot be adhered to and the article is available at a later time. Unfortunately, we cannot influence this.
